You're making great headway. Reference your question about licensing the plane. If you keep it under 254# and only have the single seat, you got 103 covered. With the second seat, you have to go ELSP, but you missed the registration deadline of Jan. '08. You're only other recourse that I know of would be te EBELSP. It is experimental built LSP. But, there are certain conditions that have to be met to go that route. Check the EAA website and I think you find some good info in that regard.
